You can continue with the schedule of weekly prophylaxis dosing you were on prior to the bleeding episode.
The only exception is if the next prophylaxis dose is scheduled less than 72 hours after a single dose of 50 IU/kg given for a bleed, in this case, please delay the prophylaxis dose until 72 hours after the last 50 IU/kg dose.
