To connect a patient to the external partner, please follow the next steps.
If the connection-related status is “Not yet invited”:
- Click on the arrow to open the drop down menu next to “Not yet invited” and select “Send consent request”. Alternatively you may also use the drop down menu next to “Not yet invited” on the patients summary screen
- A consent request will be sent to the patient and the connection-related status changes to “Pending”. The patient has to confirm the request in the florio HAEMO App. Once the patient has replied to the consent request the answer is displayed. Connection-related status “Accepted”: The patient accepted the consent request. Connection-related status “Denied”: The patient denied the consent request. You can re-send the request again later
- When the patient accepted the consent request, please select “Connect to external partner” in order to establish the connection
- A modal opens. Please fill in the patient’s external partner ID. You may optionally also enter the patient`s month and year of birth. Click “Connect”
- If the connection was successfully established, a message appears on the bottom of the window and the connection-related status will change to “Connected”. If there are difficulties in establishing the connection or the data was not found, the status will change to “Connection error”. Please check if the information you entered is correct and try again
