To access your florio STUDY account, you will need to request a new activation code from your study doctor and follow the set-up instructions. After you request a new activation code, access via a phone using the previous code will not be possible.
Your previously recorded data in the app is stored safely and will be accessible to you again once you connect to the app via the activation code.
