You may be unable to see your estimated factor level because:
1) During a bleeding episode, your body consumes factor at a different rate than during your regular prophylactic treatment, as the factor is used to stop the bleeding. As a result, your factor level estimate is likely to be inaccurate. When you report a bleed, florio HAEMO switches into ‘treatment mode’ until your next regular prophylaxis injection.
2) Your medical team may have prescribed you a new drug that requires an updated PK study before your personalised plasma factor level can be estimated. Until that PK study is completed, florio HAEMO cannot display your estimated plasma factor level.
3) Factor level estimate may no longer be available. If more than a few days have passed since you last logged an injection in florio HAEMO, there may no longer be an estimate to show. The factor level estimate should reappear when you next log a prophylaxis injection.
