Add new caregiver profile:
To add another profile, tap on the caregiver profile icon and follow the steps below:
- Download the florio HAEMO app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your mobile phone. Make sure not to use any other source for downloading
- Open the florio HAEMO app
- Review intro screens & select “Let’s start”-button
- Enter email address
- Enter florio HAEMO invitation code
- Create florio HAEMO password
- Please confirm with “Done” that you are the legal representative
- Enter your age (has to be ≥ age of majority)
- Pick profile colour and enter nickname
- Confirm “Terms of Use & Privacy Policy for caregiver”
- Confirm “Start Data Consent for caregiver”
- Confirm "Data Consent HCP Data Sharing & Research information for caregiver"
- Confirm or decline "App Tracking for caregiver"
- Acknowledge "Disclaimer for caregiver"
- Confirm PK service provider consent (this step may not be necessary, it depends on the treatment type of the person in your care)
