You may be unable to see your estimated factor level if:
- You logged a bleed. While a bleed is ongoing, the body consumes plasma factor differently as compared to regular prophylaxis and the current estimated plasma factor level can therefore not be estimated
- Your healthcare team prescribed you a new drug that requires a new pharmacokinetic (PK) profile to be created. Until that PK profile has been established, florio HAEMO cannot display your estimated plasma factor level. Please reach out to your doctor to get more information about your PK profile
- The factor level estimate is no longer available. If more than a few days have passed since you last logged an injection in florio HAEMO, there may no longer be an estimate to show. The factor level estimate should reappear as soon as you log a prophylactic injection
The current estimated factor level is only available for users on a PK guided prophylaxis.
