- To report a bleed, tap on the “+” button on the Home screen and select “Report a bleed“
- Provide the source of the bleed e.g. joint. If your source is not listed, please enter “Other”
- Select the body area by tapping on the respective body part. You can rotate the body using the arrow symbol
- Specify the location by tapping on the location of your bleed in the graphic. This can be done by tapping on a highlighted area or on a circle symbol. If the bleed is in a joint, you can optionally answer further questions
- Select the cause of the bleed. If the bleed was caused by an activity, you will be asked to specify the activity in the next step. Select one of the proposed values or enter an activity in the free text field. If your activity is not listed, please enter “Other”
- Rate the level of pain you are experiencing, ranging from 0 (no pain) to 10 (worst possible)
- Select the date and time when you noticed the bleed on the calendar field. If florio HAEMO displays your factor level, you can only set a date that is later than your last documented injection in florio HAEMO when logging a bleed. In case you want to enter a bleed event that occurred prior, please manually delete this injection in the Timeline. Now enter the bleed and afterwards enter the injection again
- Select if the bleed is ongoing or has ended. If the bleed has ended select the end date
- Select if the bleed was treated. If you have treated the bleed, please specify the date and time of the bleed treatment and the drug used (vial size and lot number)
- You can optionally add pictures and notes about the bleed event. Pictures can be taken using the built-in photo function of the florio HAEMO app. In the picture taken you can highlight areas of interest
- Tap “Save bleed“ to save and to share the information with your healthcare team. All information including notes and pictures will be shared with your healthcare team
While a bleed is ongoing, you are able to log other bleeds, log injections, activity and pain. Depending on your treatment type all injections entered will be documented as bleed treatments for the current bleeding event. To log an injection, just tap on the plus button on the Home screen. If your bleed is ongoing your current estimated plasma factor level will not be displayed on the Home screen (availability dependent on Treatment Plan).
