If you have lost your phone, others cannot access your my florio ITP account, as long as your smartphone passcode (or other access data to your phone) has not been compromised.
If you want to be remotely logged out of my florio ITP on your lost device, please contact us at help@florio.com.
If you obtain a new phone, you can download my florio ITP to your new device, and log in with your existing my florio ITP username and password to access your account.
