If you would like to delete your account, open the app menu, select “Settings” and tap on “Account settings”. Tap on “Delete account” and follow the instructions on the screens to finish the account deletion.
If you are above 12 years old but below the age of majority in your country, you will be asked to hand over the phone to your legal representative during the process.
You will immediately lose access to your account.
Your doctor will be informed about the deletion of your account and will lose access to your health data after 30 days, unless we are contractually or legally obliged to grant them longer access.
You can delete the app from your device at any time.
