Follow the steps to connect the florio HAEMO app to a fitness tracker:
1) Set up the Health app (Apple iOS) or Health Connect (Google Android) on your mobile phone
2) Set up your fitness tracker for data sharing with your mobile phone
Open the florio HAEMO app, select “Settings” from the menu, select “Activity Data” and connect to the Health app or Health Connect.
