To add an upcoming appointment, start from the home screen for the application:
- If you have never added an appointment before, there will be a prompt shown on the home screen to create one, which when tapped on will open the Appointments screen. From this screen tap on the Add appointment button to continue.
- Otherwise, tap the menu icon at the top left of the home screen to bring up the menu which appears on the left-hand side of the screen. Then tap on Appointments. From this screen, tap on the green + (plus sign) to continue.
Select the appointment type from the available list. If you select “Other”, you must also give your appointment a name to identify by.
Select the date and time of your appointment, and if you wish you can also add a location (optional).
After all mandatory fields are complete you can then save the appointment, and it will appear within your list of upcoming, or past appointments within the Appointments screen.
