Your estimated plasma factor level calculation depends on your pharmacokinetic (“PK”) profile supplied by McMaster PopPK, the dose injected and the estimated baseline factor level at the time of injection. If you notice differences that are not based on the timeliness of the injection and the dose, there may be other reasons for different estimated factor levels. Your treating physician may have prescribed you a new drug, which resulted in a new PK profile. Or your treating physician may have updated the PK or treatment plan in McMaster PopPK.
